Rewind and Reframe, conceptualized by Prof. Himansu Sekhar Khatua, Chairman of BPFTIO, is a flagship talk series designed as a weekly interactive platform for meaningful dialogue with eminent personalities from diverse creative fields.

Government of Odisha have established an autonomous Institute in the name and style of Biju Patnaik Film & Television Institute of Odisha (BPFTIO) under World Bank assisted scheme to meet the emerging demand of well trained technical manpower in the field of television network and film production activities. Situated on the bank of the river Mahanadi, BPFTIO occupies an independent space in the sprawling campus of Bhubanananda Odisha School of Engineering (BOSE), Cuttack, the oldest Engineering School of the State. Funded by Government of Odisha, Department of Skill Development and Technical Education, the institute offers diploma courses in 4 years degree courses as Cinematography, Sound Recording & Sound Design and Film Editing.
