Notable films include Mammo, Sardari Begum, Zubeida, Welcome to Sajjanpur, Dil Hai Tumhara, Aar Ya Paar, The Last Vision, Benaras, Darmiyaan, Ramchand Pakistani, Deh, and Haasil. In television, he has worked on Samvidhaan, Chandrakanta, Reporter, Karamchand, and others. He has also directed documentaries such as But, Who Killed My Childhood?, Paani, and 25 Years of Subhash Ghai in Hindi Cinema.
He is one of India’s most distinguished film editors, with over four decades of contribution to cinema. A graduate of the Film and Television Institute of India (Diploma in Cinema, Editing, 1986), he has edited more than 100 feature films across Bengali, Hindi, and international cinema.
