Ashutosh Pattanaik
Sri Ashutosh Pattanaik, Alumni of BPFTIO, Cinematography branch for the Session 2014-2017 has received National Film Award for his film Feature Film, ‘Shrikshetra-Ru-Sahijata’ for the Best Art and Culture Film. His film bagged award at the presentation ceremony of the 67th National Film Awards on 25.10.2021 in New Delhi.
Sameer
Sameer Kumar Patra, from a middle class family in Bhanjanagar, Ganjam. His father Mr.Subash Ch. Patra and mother Mrs. Sanjukta Dash inspired him to take admission in Film Institute. He has completed his Diploma in Sound & Television Engineering from BPFTIO, Cuttack in 2000. He started his career in Film Industry at Mumbai as an assistant sound recordist. TODAY HE IS WORKING AS A FREELANCE AUDIOGRAPHER & SOUND DESIGNER AT MUMBAI FILM INDUSTRY. His philosophy “Just dream, be passionate, be focused towards the goal” makes him as a successful Sound Designer in many films like Fuckery, Khubsoorat & Sarkar-3. Today his annual income is not less than Rs. 15-20 lakhs.

Shibu Prusty, Cinematography has got the National Award ( Rajat Kamal) in Art & Culture category as Best Director-cum-Producer in the year 2016 for his film “The Lord of the Universe”

He has worked as a Cinematographer in many films out of which films like Blue Mountains, New Horizon have received several awards. He has an annual income of Rs. 25 – 30 lakhs.

Debasis Mohanty brought up in a middle class family of Millennium City Cuttack, Debesh completed his Diploma in Film & Video Editing from BPFTIO, Cuttack in 2003. AT PRESENT, HE IS WORKING AS PRINCIPAL VIDEO EDITOR AT CNN NEWS 18, MUMBAI and has an annual income of Rs. 15 lakhs.
Rajesh Das
Rajesh Das belongs to a lower middle class family from the village Kakatpur, Puri, Rajesh completed his Diploma in Film & Video Editing from BPFTIO, Cuttack in 2005. At present; he is working as Freelance Film Editor in Odia Film Industry and completed more than 15 films few among those being Super hits like Superstar, Pilata Bigidi Gala, Love U Hamesha & Khusi etc. Today he has an annual income of almost Rs.10-15 lakhs. Recently he bagged the State Award as Best Editor for the film “Khusi”.

HE HAS HIS OWN POST PRODUCTION SOUND MIXING STUDIO IN THE NAME OF MILAN STUDIO IN CUTTACK. Today his annual income is around 10-15 lakhs.
